what we do
new chapter.

We bring presence to the places that
tend to get overlooked.
Transition is one of the most significant forces in organisational life. It shapes culture, costs performance, and determines whether people come through change more capable than before, or quietly diminished by it.
Change is the inhale. Transition is the exhale. Most organisations only support the inhale. The plan, the announcement, the restructure. The exhale is where people actually are: processing, orientating, deciding who they are in this new landscape. That is what goes unattended. That is what we attend to.

What we do
Most organisations manage the outer change well. The structure, the process, the milestones. What gets less attention is the inner experience. The human side. The part that actually determines whether the change lands, or just happens.
That is where we work. With organisations, teams, and leaders navigating transition. With practitioners who hold others through change. And through tools and resources for the crossing itself.
Not sure where you are yet? That’s a good place to…
start.
ORGANISATIONS, TEAMS AND LEADERS.
The human side of change, from the inside out.
We work with organisations, teams, and leaders who are navigating transition. Not managing it from a distance. Moving through it, from the inside.
The work is designed around where you are. Beginning, middle, or new shore. Sometimes that’s a single session. Sometimes it’s a sustained partnership. It always starts with a real conversation about what’s actually happening, not just what’s been announced.

With Organisations
Organisations in transition often have the strategy right. What’s missing is attention to the human experience running underneath it. The confusion that doesn’t make it into the update. The grief that gets called resistance. The questions nobody is asking out loud.
We work with organisations to surface that experience, name it, and work with it. So that the change that was planned becomes the change that actually lands.
What this looks like
Keynotes and conference sessions on transitions, endings, and the human side of change. Capability-building programmes to help leaders and managers hold their people through transition. Seminars, panel conversations, and workshop series. Longer organisational partnerships, designed around your specific moment.
If you are leading a significant change and you want your people to come through it more capable, not just more compliant, this is where that conversation starts.
With Teams
Teams go through transitions too, and they rarely get the space to name what that actually feels like.
Something is ending. A project, a structure, a way of working, sometimes a whole identity. Or a team is mid-change, caught in the uncertainty of not quite knowing what comes next. Or they’ve arrived somewhere new and need to work out who they are now, what they carry forward, and what they leave behind.
We work with intact teams at all three of these moments. Through facilitated conversations that surface what’s present, name what’s missing, and create the conditions for the team to move forward together. Honestly. Carefully. Without pretending the human side isn’t there.
What this looks like
Team sessions at endings, closures, or significant change points. Facilitation in the liminal middle, when uncertainty is high and the conversations aren’t happening. New beginnings work, helping a team form a new identity and carry their learning forward. Bespoke programmes designed around the team’s specific crossing.
With Leaders
Leadership transition is one of the most significant and least supported experiences in organisational life. A new role. A shifting context. A moment where the old way of leading no longer fits and the new one isn’t clear yet.
Leaders are expected to hold others through change while navigating their own. There is rarely anyone holding them.
What this looks like
We offer one-to-one transition support for leaders at these moments. A thinking partnership for the whole person, not just the role. We work with what’s underneath: the identity shift, the unnamed doubt, the question of who you are becoming and what that means for how you lead.
Typically six to twelve sessions.
Shaped entirely around you. There is also space for leaders who want to work in a small group, bringing their transitions into a shared, facilitated space where the experience of others becomes a resource rather than a reminder of what’s hard.
Something in your organisation, team, or leadership is on the move. Bring that here. We’ll work out together where you are and what the work needs to be.
PRACTITIONERS.
For those who hold the room.
The quality of your presence in the room is the intervention. Not just your tools or your frameworks. You. Which means the most important professional investment you can make is in yourself.
Not as a luxury. As a responsibility.
We work with coaches, OD consultants, HR professionals, and facilitators who understand that. Who want to deepen not just what they do, but how they show up doing it. Who know that the way they hold a room teaches people something about how rooms can be held.
This work is for you. And through you, for everyone you serve.

Supervision and Thought Partnership
Call it supervision because that’s the known language. But know that what happens here is something more like a thinking partnership for your practice.
You bring your work. The cases that stay with you. The moments of uncertainty. The patterns you keep meeting. The edges where your practice is still forming. We work with all of it, not to assess you, but to help you see more clearly, stay grounded, and practice with the quality your clients deserve.
One to one. Relational. Built around what you bring.
Skill and Capability Development
There is a growing need for practitioners who can hold the human side of transitions well. In organisations, in teams, in leadership. Not just name it but work with it.
We offer workshops, skill development sessions, and speaking at practitioner conferences and events. Focused on transitions, presence, and the craft of holding people through change. Practical, experiential, and built from two decades of doing this work.
Practitioner Community
You are not meant to do this alone.
A growing community for practitioners doing this work, sharing practice, raising questions, and learning alongside others who understand what this work actually asks. Gathering online and in person. Still forming, but forming around something real.
The better you tend your own practice, the better you hold others. That’s not a nice idea. That’s the work.

tools & spaces.

Something to carry.
Something to return to.
Somewhere to step in.
Not everyone is ready for a programme. Not everything needs one. Sometimes what you need is something tangible to hold, a tool to work with quietly, or a low-pressure space to step into and see how this work feels.
This is where those things live.
Everything here is built for the same purpose. To help you show up for what matters, without losing yourself in the process.
